Returns
We want you to love how you look in it. If a piece isn't right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label - it costs you nothing to send something back.
What we ask
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- The original Atina Collection tag must still be attached and intact
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Items returned without the tag attached, or showing signs of wear, cannot be refunded.
How to return an item
- Log in to your account and open your order under My Account, Complete Orders
- Click the Return Item(s) button
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Drop the parcel at any USPS location
Or simply email Marketing@atinacollection.com and we will arrange it for you.
Your refund
Once your return reaches us we inspect and process it within 3 to 5 business days, then refund your original payment method in full. Your bank typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size. Just let us know when you start your return.
Made-to-order pieces
Items marked Custom Made or Made to Order are cut individually for you and are final sale. This is noted on those product pages.
